Help PLZ

My avatar appears to be blank, but I put in a photo, and clicked save, and it says on my profile that it was uploaded, and it shows on my profile, but I can not see it on my computer. Anyone know why??

Steps that I took:

Went to PHOTOBUCKET.COM
Found a good image and clicked save as, and I saved it.
Went into my profile, clicked avatar/modify.
Clicked Browse and selected the image.
Clicked Save and waited for the screen to reload.
When it did, it showed my image in the category: Current Avatar
And still nothing shows.

HELP PLEASE
